Our Team

Jessica R. Judge, DC, DACBSP, BS

Dr. Jessica R. Judge was born and raised here in the Fort Worth metroplex. She is a 2006 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic where she also completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy. One of Dr. Judge’s biggest goals is staying up to date on new techniques and therapies. In 2017 Dr. Judge became one of a small number of doctors in the state of Texas to earn her Diplomate from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians certifying her in Chiropractic Sports Medicine. Dr. Judge is certified in Kinesiotaping (athletic taping for soft tissue injuries), Graston (a soft tissue therapy that speeds muscle recovery), Foot Gait and Orthotics, as well as the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association to work on animals, small and large. Her personal interests include anything rodeo or horse related. Dr. Judge enjoys spending time with her husband and helping on their family farm.

Caleb Harbin, PA-C

Caleb Harbin is a certified PA with 12 years experience in the healthcare field and a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. He started his medical career training as an EMT, then went on to join the military and train as a Combat Medic. Upon graduating from the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program, he decided to join Impact Medical and Chiropractic in Justin and make Texas his home. Caleb specializes in general medicine with an emphasis in regenerative therapy, sports medicine, and bio-identical hormone therapy. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.  

Courtney Ward, PT, DPT, CSCS

Courtney was born and raised all around Texas. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Emerging Media and Communications from the University of Texas at Dallas (whoosh!), she attended Angelo State
University’s PT program where she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a certification in Dry Needling and enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses from sports related injuries to chronic pain and post surgical injuries. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her adorable puppies out in nature. Courtney is very excited to join the Impact Medical and Chiropractic team and serve the Justin area in all of their health and wellness needs.

Melissa Rutkowski

Office Manager

Melissa is a native to the North Texas area and a graduate of Argyle High School. Upon completion of the Medical Assistant program she began her career at Country Chiropractic. Melissa and her husband live in Ponder where it is the perfect amount of country to fit their lifestyle. Melissa enjoys doing outdoor activities with her husband and their fur babies, taking care of her chickens, being out at the lake with her family and friends, as well as 4-wheeling.

 

Lyndsey Sleeman

Licensed Massage Therapist

Lyndsey is a native Texan and grew up locally in the greater Fort Worth.

Lyndsey Sleeman started working for Dr. Judge in 2013 as a Chiropractic Assistant, and in 2014, became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Lyndsey is certified in many different modalities including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Prenatal. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Tanner, and their two Boxers, Ted and Risky.

Dr. Jason Butler, Medical Director

Jason R. Butler, MD not only acts as Medical Director for Impact Medical and Chiropractic he also serves Arlington Pain & Therapy as a pain management physician, where he specializes in interventional treatment options.

Dr. Butler earned his medical degree in 2007 at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, DC. He then completed his residency and fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.

Before coming to Impact Medical and Chiropractic, Dr. Butler worked with several sports organizations as a physician, including Texas Wesleyan University, Texas Christian University, Hotter ‘N Hell Hundred, and Golden Gloves. Between 2010 and 2012, he worked at Eastern Hills High School in Fort Worth as the team physician, and for several other area high schools as assistant team physician. He is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine and specializes in interventional pain medicine.

Dr. Butler holds membership with several local, regional, and national medical societies, including the Texas Pain Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, Texas Medical Association, Tarrant County Medical Society, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
